We have been experiencing an outbreak of "Pasture" Mosquitoes near the COS Campus in Tulare.  These mosquitoes are active day-biting adults that are typically vicious in nature however they're not known to be carriers of viruses.  Please contact our office if you are having a mosquito issue and we will dispatch a Technician to your property to assess the situation.
